We use modern technical tools to manage our business and website, but our creative storytelling assets are entirely human-made. This means all story scripts, interior artwork, coloring, lettering, and cover designs are created by independent creators. We do not use generative AI tools to produce our books.
Terms of Service
Introduction
By accessing or using the World Shaper Comics website, including browsing, purchasing products, or interacting with any content or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or place any orders.
Eligibility
By using this website or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
Products and Services
We offer physical comic books and related products subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time without notice.
Due to the nature of printed materials and manufacturing processes, minor cosmetic variations may occur and do not affect readability, function, or overall product quality.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders based on reasonable factors including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory limitations, or fulfillment errors.
If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method where applicable.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including pricing errors, and to cancel or refuse any orders placed based on incorrect information, even after an order has been submitted or payment has been processed. In such cases, a refund will be issued where applicable.
Payment
All payments are processed at checkout using authorized payment methods. By submitting payment information, you authorize World Shaper Comics to charge your payment method for the full order total, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of an order. Orders may be cancelled if payment is declined, reversed, or flagged as unauthorized or potentially fraudulent.
We reserve the right to review and dispute chargebacks that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or inconsistent with order records or these Terms.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship only within the United States and Puerto Rico.
Orders are typically processed within 7 business days, though delays may occur during high-volume periods.
Shipping rates:
• $4.50 base shipping per order
• $1.00 per item
• Bulk orders may require a custom shipping quote
Delivery estimates:
• USPS Media Mail: 5–10 business days
• Priority/Ground Advantage (bulk orders): 2–5 business days
All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking is provided once the order ships.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving such issues where possible.
Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, our responsibility ends. However, we know missing packages are frustrating. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have the package:
1. Check with neighbors/building management
2. Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark early)
3. File a claim directly with USPS at usps.com/help/claims.htm — they have the tools and insurance to investigate

Note: We cannot guarantee outcomes or replacement. USPS makes final decisions on delivery issues.
Pre-Order Campaigns:
For items purchased as part of a pre-order campaign, fulfillment will officially begin once the campaign closes, and orders are typically processed within 7 business days from that closing date. Address corrections or cancellations for pre-order items must be submitted prior to the campaign's conclusion. For security and logistics purposes, we are unable to modify shipping addresses, redirect packages, or cancel orders once the campaign concludes and the fulfillment process formally begins.
Returns and Refunds
All returns are governed exclusively by our Return/Refund Policy. Eligibility is determined based on the criteria outlined in that policy and a reasonable review of the provided information and item condition.
Intellectual Property
All original images, graphics, logos, and story content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of World Shaper Comics or used with direct permission from our creators. These materials are protected by copyright laws. This ownership excludes certain third-party stock photography and platform assets utilized under license via our website host. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any proprietary content from this site without our express written permission. Content and Format
All comic book products published by World Shaper Comics—including all story scripts, interior artwork, coloring, lettering, and cover designs—are created exclusively by human independent creators. We do not use generative AI tools in the production of our books. Certain standard industry software may be used in the creation process (such as editing, layout, and design tools); however, these tools do not generate artwork or story content, and all creative output is directly created and controlled by human artists.
We focus entirely on the tangible comic book experience. World Shaper Comics offers physical printed copies only (including standard editions, rare variants, and signed books). We do not offer, sell, or distribute digital editions or PDF downloads. All orders are physically fulfilled and shipped.
No Warranties
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee that products or the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet individual expectations beyond the description provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, World Shaper Comics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of the website, purchase of products, shipping delays, or third-party carrier actions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of World Shaper Comics for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any product purchased shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Force Majeure
World Shaper Comics shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, weather events, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, governmental actions, or interruptions in services or utilities.
In such cases, performance obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume operations as soon as practicable.
Dispute Resolution – Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the website, or any purchase or transaction with World Shaper Comics shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by applicable law.
The arbitration shall be administered by a recognized arbitration provider, including the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS, under its applicable consumer arbitration rules in effect at the time the dispute is filed.
The arbitration shall take place in the State of Florida, unless otherwise required by the selected arbitration provider’s rules or applicable law, in which case the location and format of the arbitration shall be determined in accordance with such rules. The arbitration may be conducted in person, by telephone, or by video conference, as determined by the arbitration provider and applicable rules.
The parties agree to participate in the arbitration process in good faith and in a manner intended to minimize unnecessary costs and burden. Each party shall be responsible for its own attorneys’ fees and costs, except where otherwise required by applicable law or the arbitration provider’s rules. Any filing or administrative fees shall be allocated in accordance with the arbitration provider’s applicable consumer rules.
You agree that as a mandatory condition precedent to initiating arbitration, you will first contact World Shaper Comics in good faith and provide a written description of the dispute, and allow at least thirty (30) days for informal resolution efforts before filing any arbitration claim.
Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law, including the right to seek relief in small claims court where eligible.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and World Shaper Comics and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
Changes to Terms

Shipping Responsibility
